Audience: My Boss

What is your key message? - Who is your audience?

How to communicate (economics) with your boss and other colleagues

Communication takes many forms. Email, short presentation, responses to questions in meetings and information discussions are important forms of communication. They can be a good opportunity to get your ideas across and it is good to be prepared for them.

Think of this as an advert to draw people in. Don't give details. Give them the big picture, they can ask more if they want. Practice getting across your main idea in 10-30 seconds, the elevator pitch. Why a single well developed visual can be more effective than a 1000 words.
